Display, illuminate, heat and protect pre-cooked food with CED's rectangular shaped Kubus self help dry heat bain marie drop in display. This 3/1 GN size hot display features a 3/1 GN heated tank area and individual 1/1 GN gastronorm container support collars, which accept various sized GN containers up to 150mm deep. The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop. The self help superstructure is made from bright polished steel and aluminum rectangular profiles, with flat, toughened glass sneeze screen protection to the customer side of the display. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry. Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted and 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display (control panel) and adjustable dimmer switch, mounted at eye level.
